Shipping policy

Orders are made to order and are not produced in bulk. Because of this, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be produced, inspected, and shipped.

Orders begin processing after payment has been received. Each item is carefully prepared and quality-checked before being sent out.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Buffalo Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is correct and that packages can be delivered safely.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to recover the package.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
